Advisory: No Fireworks of Any Kind
For the safety of our residents, homes, wildlife, and surrounding forests, fireworks of any kind are not permitted anywhere within Leland Meadows. This includes sparklers, fountains, firecrackers, rockets, and all other fireworks.
Fireworks are illegal under county regulations and are also prohibited by the Leland Meadows HOA Rules & Regulations. Violations may result in fines and other legal penalties.
We ask every homeowner and guest to help protect our community:
Please do not bring fireworks into Leland Meadows.
Do not use or ignite fireworks anywhere on HOA property or within the community.
If you see someone using fireworks, politely remind them that fireworks are illegal and prohibited in our community. If the activity continues or presents an immediate safety concern, please contact the appropriate local authorities.
One firework can have devastating consequences for our community and the beautiful environment we all share.

SNOW PLAY AREA:
This area is private property accessible only to paying customers. It is also strictly off-limits when closed or during the off-season.LAKE ACCESS:
Areas starting at the dam and within the snow play area are private property.
⚠️ Important: No lifeguards on duty, take appropriate precautions.OTHER RESTRICTED AREAS:
Please avoid any barricaded or taped-off areas.
