We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to the following guidelines to ensure safety and respect for private property:

• SNOW PLAY AREA:
  This area is private property accessible only to paying customers. It is also strictly off-limits when closed or during the off-season.

• LAKE ACCESS:
  Areas starting at the dam and within the snow play area are private property.
  ⚠️ Important: If the lake is frozen, do not walk on it. Thin ice can result in falling through, leading to potential drowning.

• OTHER RESTRICTED AREAS:

  • No sledding, boarding, skiing, or snow play is permitted on roads or within 100 yards of any building.

  • Please avoid any barricaded or taped-off areas.
